Recently we have become aware of several instances of individual's using third-party services to spoof (fake) outbound Caller ID; in an attempt to defraud/harass the person that they are calling.

Please note, that we are a Provider of Wholesale Telephony Services and we NEVER make any sales or telemarketing. Furthermore the call you received was more than likely "Spoofed" to appear as though it came from our network; when in-fact it did not.

If you have received any rude/harassing phone calls, we strongly encourage you to open a case with your Current Phone Service Provider, your local police department, and/or the Federal Authorities.

Where possible we will be happy to address any questions/concerns that you may have; however in order to receive assistance/resolution for your complaint we suggest that you contact your phone company, local police, and/or the FCC.
